The closest large airport to CU Boulder is the Denver International Airport (DEN) which is a 40-minute drive from CU Boulder’s campus. Transportation to CU Boulder’s campus or downtown Boulder will be enabled by the Regional Transportation District (RTD) Denver AB1 Bus service, which runs shuttles every hour throughout the day at the cost of $10.
The recommended stop is the Downtown Boulder Station
Denver is also serviced by numerous bus lines from multiple destinations.
Lodging

Participants whose lodging is covered by AbGradCon will be assigned a double-occupancy room in the Embassy Suites by Hilton Boulder, the Boulder Marriot, or the Residence Inn Boulder Canyon Boulevard. All hotels are within a 3-minute walk from each other.
If you are arranging your own lodging, AbGradCon recommends the following hotels: the Hilton Garden Inn [preferred] or Hotel Boulderado.
Food
All food during the conference will be provided for attendees. We will confirm all dietary restrictions noted on your application after the final attendee list is solidified. No reimbursements will be provided for food purchased by attendees. If you have any concerns, please email abgradcon@gmail.com as soon as possible.
